This is my homepage, obviously, and it was written using VIM. A little about myself, I'm a student at Camosun College for 98/99, working on transfering to the University of Victoria for September of 1999. I'm Majoring in Astronomy, although you wouldn't know it with my courses right now, with a Minor in Computer Science. If you're looking for some juicy tidbits, well, go somewhere else, but maybe here you'll find something that you might like.

This is a picture of a bus similar to the one that I have to take every day to school, in all it's glory. You have never lived until you've ridden the bus, and encountered some weirdo on his/her way to the TB clinic. For the lastest weird thing that happened on the bus to me, CLICK HERE

News

25 March 1999

I'm in the process of transfering all of the web site from various places to Geocities so there might be broken links for a while. Other than that, I'll be doing homework until the end of the semester, so don't try to take me out to the bar or anything!
22 March 1999

Finally, I get a chance to update my web page. Today I have a final, in Comp 139, so I've been studying all weekend. Before that, I have a lab for the same class that took approx. 37 hours to write and make work, so I haven't had the time to get the HP updated. In other news, you should go check out SETI@Home, you might just be the person who finds intelligent life in the universe, god knows there's none here.
09 March 1999

Hey, today is a great day. I fould an old friend from high school, named Jeremy Sheldon, and I haven't talked to that guy for years. He's now working for the writers of Balder's Gate, Bioware. I have only ICQ to thank for it, and I'm happy I found the guy.
Also, the buses are back on, so I don't have to ride in anymore, although I might still on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
04 March 1999

Finally, this week of madness is over! I had three midterms this week, and it's finally over! I still have one more on Monday, but I think that I'll go out this week-end.
More good news. GNOME, the GUI for Linux to make it possible for the average user to use Linux, was released rescently. Also, Civ:Call to Power is beta-testing for Linux, and Quake ]I[ will be native for Linux. Starting to look like we have a real alternitive.

Well well well. It seems that BC Transit is on strike. That makes going to class all the more easier, and me all the more happier. I get to miss all of my classes today, and with that strike, getting to my three midterms this week will be fun.

Quote of the day

"If you took all of the grains of sand in the Sahara desert and wrote Hate on them,
It would still not equal the hatred that Vinnie Mac has for Stone Cold.
